How to Order 10Tec Products

To order a product using the share-it! on-line secure transaction server, please click the name of the required product in our price list, and you will be redirected to the corresponding order page at the share-it! server. This is the fastest and easiest way to order 10Tec products.

Once share-it! has processed your order, we receive the confirmation of your payment, and we send to you our registration letter with the instructions how to unlock the software for use. If you have not received the registration letter within a reasonable amount of time (usually two weekdays), please notify us by sending a letter to sales@10Tec.com and/or to our reserve mail account (you can find it in the Contact section) as sometimes letters are blocked by anti-spam filters or because of another reason.

According to our License Agreement, each developer in your company who uses one of our products must have the corresponding single developer license for that product. We offer discounts (see our Ordering FAQ) if you order several licenses at once.

To buy several licenses, click the name of the required product in our price list and enter the number of licenses you buy in the opened order form in the Quantity field. The total sum of your order will be calculated automatically taking into account the corresponding discount. You can also view individual prices with discounts on the order page if you click the Volume discount prices link there.

After you have submitted your order, please send us also a letter to sales@10Tec.com; the letter must contain the ID of your share-it! order and the names and corresponding e-mail addresses of the developers in your company who will use the product you bought. We need this information in order to complete the registration process and send you the product registration instructions.
