DocMounter & NDoc

NDoc is a free and open-source utility you can use to build different types of help files including MSHelp2 files (HxS). A modified part of NDoc which generates MSHelp2 files is included as a free add-in into the installation package of DocMounter. Unfortunately, the original version of NDoc is no longer supported by its authors, but we slightly modified NDoc to suite our needs and also fixed some bugs in the original version.

We support NDoc within the limits of our project called DocMounter. This means that we do not fix all the bugs found by others, but if you need the most recent version of that part of NDoc we use in DocMounter, you can get it here (NDoc is distributed under the GNU General Public License and thus we publish its modified source code for free and do not require any additional fee for that).

Note that this modification has been recompiled for .NET 2.0 (the original version was built for the v1.1), but it still does not support generics introduced in .NET 2.0.
