This is an easy-to-use free utility you can use to create MS Visual Studio XML documentation files and the help files in the MSHelp2 format for your products. The XML documentation files can be used with your products in Visual Studio .NET (for IntelliSense and in the Object Browser), and you can also use them to build the modern help for your products using such automated help building tools as NDoc and SandCastle.

We use this utility internally in our company to create full-featured help files and manuals for our .NET Framework components (including iGrid.NET and its add-on PrintManager you can buy at this website).

OCXUpdater

OCXUpdater is a free open-source utility for Visual Basic 5/6. It can be used to replace one ActiveX control with another in VB projects without the loss of property changes made in the Property Editor. OCXUpdater is written in Visual Basic 6 and can be downloaded with the full source code. We and the customers of our ActiveX components, such as the iGrid control, use this utility to update our projects when the new versions of the control come out.
